Note:

It is the duty of every Pastor to put in mind the spiritual being of his members

It is a duty of the church to look after the physical needs of the pastor and in turn the pastor will care for the spiritual needs of the church

The pastor who pastor a church should have in mind; to preach and teach the word of God and perform sacrament of the church

It is the duty of every pastor to pray for his members, visit and motivate them

Sowing of spiritual seed in the lives of the members is very important. Failure to plant this seed, the pastor didn’t fulfil his part of the duty

To have a productive pastor, it is your duty as member to take care of your pastor

As a member, it is your responsibility to succumb to the instructor (pastor)

What then will happen if the pastors are not cared for? Nehemiah 13:10
