Our leading pastor Rev Emmanuel A Balami marked his ten years as an ordained pastor on 26th March, 2023. Based on COCIN policy, ministers who attend such feat will be ushered into the Clergy’s elite group. Such feat qualifies one to be eligible for election into higher offices like RCC/PCC chairman, DGS, GS, VP and President.

The occasion is symbolically done by replacing the black scarf (given at ordination) with a blue scarf. This function was performed by the RCC chairman Rev. Wayas Ishidi on behalf of the COCIN President Rev (Dr.) Amos Mohzo during the morning Sunday Worship Service on 26th March, 2023.

The RCC chairman charged Rev Balami to see this honour as positive growth and added responsibility in the vineyard of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He then prayed for God’s sufficiency, wisdom and grace upon the recipient
